Migliore is a big shopping mall in Dongdaemun with lots of wholesale shops. This is a mall where lots of teens shop. A lot of the product has a younger feel. E.g hip hop, K-Pop clothing styles. They do have clothes for everyone but you will notice lots of younger people there.

6. Shinsegae department store
Shinsegae Department store is for people with large bank accounts. It is a luxury mall, with brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc. But there are also regular stores, for us regular folks. It's nice to come in here to browse and find my end of term gift to myself!
Directions: Light blue line #4, get off at Hoehyeon Station. Then exit 7 (the subway is connected to the mall)
5. Lotte deparment store
Lotte Department Store is located in Myeongdong. So, obviously this mall is very busy. I actually went there today to do some shopping, but it was way too busy for me. Lots of tourists come here to shop, since it's right in the heart of Seoul and right by Myeongdong. This mall seems to be a bit pricier to me than others. Lots of luxury designer brands and expensive Korean brands. But there is so much to see!
Directions: Green line #2, get off at Euljiro 1(il)- ga Station. The mall is connected to the subway so just look out for the signs.
4. Ifc mall
IFC mall is all the way near Yeouido. Yeouido is where lots of business takes place. IFC stands for International Finance Center Mall. There are lots of great places to go to in Yeouido, like the famous 63 building (tallest building in Korea), Yeouido park, etc. The mall is also completely underground, which you would never notice going there.
Directions: Purple Line #5 and light brown line # 9, get off at Yeouido Station, the subway connects to the mall, follow the signs.
Everyone knows Gangnam because of Psy's "Gangnam Style". But, this is also a great place to go shopping. Outdoor and indoor. Gangnam subway station has lots of great sales on clothes, accessories and other stuff.
Directions: Green line #2, Get off at Gangnam station, best to get off at exit 5 or 6.
2. Lotte world mall
The newest and largest mall in Seoul. There are two sections to shop. Luxury and then where the rest of us shop ㅋㅋㅋ. There are so many stores and floors this mall is overwhelming. There is also an aquarium if you want to take a break from shopping. This is the only mall with many different western restaurants like P.F Chang's and Hard Rock cafe.
Directions: Green Line #2, Jamsil Station. Follow the signs underground taking you to the mall.
Myeongdong is the fashion mecca and also my favourite places to shop. There is something for everybody and tons of shops filling every little alley. This is probably the number one shopping are in Korea, as it brings in thousands of tourists per day.
Directions: Myeongdong is on the light blue line, which is #4. Exit 6. Or you can go to Euljiro 1-ga Station on the green line, #2. Exit 5.
