I've always had goals of going to the gym and getting fit. I always find that I would get a good routine going and then all of a sudden stop. Then this pole fitness craze started happening. I've been dying to try it out for the past 2 years before I got to Korea, yet I couldn't get anyone to come with me. I was way too shy to try it alone. Then I came to Korea. One day on my way to work I saw a pole dancing sign and I got so excited, but again I had no one to go with. It's a lot worse when the instructor doesn't speak English. So I didn't end up going. Finally I got a new female co-worker 2 months ago then randomly found out a few weeks ago she was doing the class so I went with her. This is half a picture of the studio. I was changing at the point so my picture sucks. But I never thought pole dancing would be soooo hard. I have no upper body strength and that's all this workout is. Also it's all core, I better get some abs. But this class is a lot of fun, I will be taking more pictures!
