So, in the spring I missed the Lantern Festival. Recently, I found out there would be another one for fall. I really wanted to check it out since I've never been. Today I spent the day shopping for winter clothes in Myeongdong, which was perfect since I would be close to the festival. The lantern festival was at the Cheonggyecheon Stream which is a stream literally in the middle of the street. I've visited here in the summer and took lots of pictures. As you can see there are lots of people here. All the lanterns are made out of paper. The stream is about 1.2 km, my co-workers and I were so tired from shopping that we didn't walk around a lot. But, I'll probably go back next weekend to get a better look and get more pictures. After I took a few pictures the girls wanted to leave because they were tired. On the way to the bus stop we came across this random cute little Snow White themed park. As we kept going on with our walk we were right by the Lotte Department store. I wanted to take pictures here since my family came to visit. Since we were waiting for the bus I took them from afar. So, I still need to get closer. Hopefully next weekend I can come back here and take more pictures, since I didn't get to see most of the lanterns. There are so many fall activities in Seoul that I can't keep up!
