Built as a model of New York and Paris, Shinsekai has a lot of history. It is an old neighbourhood near Downtown Osaka. The Tsutenkaku Tower gives you a panoramic and unobstructed view of Osaka.
Tempozan Ferris Wheel- Night
Tempozan Ferris wheel is located by the Osaka bay and offers great views of the surrounds area and is right by a river. It is most beautiful in the evening or at night. The ride is about 17 minutes long and costs about $6.
